Agargaon-Motijheel metro line opens to public on Nov 5

The much-desired Agargaon-Motijheel section of metro rail will be made to public from November 5, said MAN Siddique, Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the MRT Line 6 service on November 4. 

The Prime Minister along with her entourage members will also travel on the train, he added. 

Siddique was addressing a press briefing at the DMTCL's conference room in the city.

No metro rail service from Uttara to Agargaon will be operated on November 4 due to the inaugural ceremony.
