240 officials promoted to the rank of DS

The government has promoted 240 government officials to the rank of deputy secretary (DS).

Among the promoted government officials, there are nine officials working in different embassies and missions abroad.

In a gazette notification issued Saturday, the Public Administration Ministry said 131 officials have been attached with it as officers on special duty (OSD).
