152 platoon BGB deployed across the country

A total of 152 platoons of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed across the country, aiming to keep the law-and-order situation under control, according to a BGB release issued Sunday.

Of those, 27 platoons were deployed in the capital and its adjacent areas to protect the law-and-order situation”, the release added.

In addition to this, an adequate number of forces has also been kept on standby.
