78.64% pass HSC exams

A total of 78.64 per cent of students, on average, passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations 2023 held under 11 education boards in the country.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina unveiled the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examination results at around 11am on Sunday.

Among the total examinees, 10,67,852 students passed the HSC and equivalent examinations in 2023.

The pass rate of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations-2022 was 85.95 per cent. Therefore, the pass rate declined by 7.31 per cent this year.
