Dr Yunus wins in High Court

The High Court on Thursday cancelled a verdict of the Labour Appeal Tribunal which ordered Nobel Laureate and Chairman of Grameen Communications Dr Muhammad Yunus to give Tk103 crore to the workers of Grameen Kalyan.

Moreover, the court also declared the verdict of the lower labour appeal tribunal as illegal.

A High Court bench of Justice Zafar Ahmed cancelled the rule and passed the order.
