Bus torched in Shahbag

Miscreants set fire to a bus in the capital's Shahbag More on Thursday, Fire Service Media Official Anarul Islam Dolon confirmed.

The Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) received information about a Taranga Paribahan bus being torched in front of the Aziz Super Market in Shahbag at around 1:30pm.

Two firefighting units from the Siddique Bazar fire station reached the spot and doused the fire at around 2pm.

No casualties were reported in the incident.
