3 killed, 5 hurt in Jamalpur road accident

A collision on the Jamalpur-Tangail highway resulted in the deaths of three individuals, including the van driver, and left five others injured. 

The deceased were identified as Anowar Hossian, Suja Mandol, and Samsul Haque, reports BSS.

The accident occurred when a passenger bus collided with a vegetable carrier pickup van, causing two passengers of the van to die instantly. 

Additionally, a CNG-run auto-rickshaw collided with the van, resulting in injuries to six individuals, including the van driver. 

The injured were rescued and taken to Jamalpur General Hospital, where the van driver later succumbed to her injuries.
