4 killed as Benapole Express train set on fire in Dhaka

At least four persons were killed when arsonists burned a Benapole Express train in Dhaka's Gopibagh neighborhood tonight.

In a live talking with reporters, Khandaker Al Moin, the director of Rab's legal and media branch, confirmed the deaths.  

Shahjahan Sikder, the deputy assistant director of the media cell for the Fire Service and Civil Defense, stated that the fire was doused around 10:20 pm.

The Benapole Express train was set on fire at 9:05 pm by an unidentified miscreants. Seven fire engines are working to douse the fire, according to Farhaduzzaman, the operator of the fire service control room.

At least four of the train's compartments on the way to Dhaka were damaged by the fire.
