Portray the real situation of polls: CEC to journos

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal has urged journalists to portray the real situation of the 12th national elections to the countrymen.

"My request to the mass media- portray the situation of polls to the people so that any lack of trust they have will be dissipated. Well wishes to everyone," he said.

The CEC made the remarks after casting his vote at the Habibullah Bahar College Centre in the capital on Sunday morning.
