A.K. Azad wants to be accountable to the voters

Faridpur-3 (Sadar) Member of Parliament Abdul Quader Azad wants to be accountable to the voters through the National Parliament.

He expressed this assurance in his first speech in the Parliament on Monday evening.

Speaking on the President's speech, A.K. Azad said he wants to make Parliament effective and vibrant through constructive criticism. In this regard, he seeks the cooperation of the Speaker of the National Parliament Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury.

The independent lawmaker emphasized the development of human resources through proper training.

Member of Parliament of Faridpur-3 Constituency called for disclosure of the list of money launderers and loan defaulters.

A.K. Azad said that although there are universities in most districts of the country, it was not possible to establish a university in Faridpur. 

The establishment of a full-fledged university in Faridpur can be a reflection of the government's sincerity in expanding higher education.
