SSC, equivalent exams begin

The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations of 2024 under 11 education boards began with the Bangla (first paper) examination across the country on Thursday morning.

A total of 20,23,192 students are expected to take part in this year's SSC and equivalent examinations.

This year, the exams will be held in all subjects with a full 100 marks on the full syllabus. 

The examinees have been directed to enter the centres 30 minutes before the beginning of the examinations. The education minister has said he will not visit any examination hall out of consideration for the examinees' anxiety.
