Arrest warrant against Evaly MD, chairman

A Dhaka court has issued arrest warrants against e-commerce company Evaly's managing director (MD) Russell and chairman Shamima Nasreen in three separate cases of check dishonor.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Farah Diba Chanda passed the order Monday morning.

Plaintiff’s lawyer Sabiqul Islam told BSS that, “Earlier, the court summoned them. As they didn’t appear, the court issued warrants.”
