3 assistant attorney generals sacked

The government has relieved three assistant attorney generals from their posts, said a notification issued by Solicitor wing of the Law and Justice Division in this regard.

The notification issued on March 10 said the appointments of Md Zakir Hossain, Kazi Bashir Ahmed and Shama Akter are being cancelled and they are being relieved from their posts.

The order will come into effect immediately, said the notification signed by solicitor Runa Nahid Akter.
