8 more KNF members detained with arms

A team of army personnel have arrested eight more members of the Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) in a raid in Dhupanichhara Para area of 16 East Bengal in Bandarban region on Tuesday.

Major Rajib of Sungsang Para Army Camp led the operation.

Army men cordoned off the area after receiving secret information about the location of KNF terrorists and arrested eight people.

During the raid, 9 LG, 19 LG cartridges, two mobile phones and two ID cards were recovered from their possession.
