Dhaka, Seoul keen to revise air service agreement

Bangladesh and South Korea are keen to operate regular direct commercial flights between Dhaka and Seoul. 

They have reached consensus to revise the existing Air Services Agreement (ASA) between the two countries soon.

The South Korean authority has already sent a draft copy of the revised ASA to Dhaka.

Currently, two Korean airlines operate chartered flight service between the two countries, said South Korean Ambassador to Bangladesh Park Young-sik.

The envoy called on Civil aviation and tourism minister Muhammad Faruk Khan at the secretariat on Sunday.
