Bangladesh to ink deals with India, Myanmar to import essential goods: Titu

State Minister for Commerce Ahsanul Islam Titu has informed that Bangladesh will sign an agreement with Myanmar, in addition to India, to import essential goods.

He said that Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) will be signing the agreement on behalf of the government.

He was addressing at the secretariat at a programme organised by the Bangladesh Secretariat Reporters Forum (BSRF).

Titu said the government is going to sign an agreement with India to import daily essentials to ensure a smooth supply. 

BSRF President Fasih Uddin Mahtab and its General Secretary Masudul Haque conducted the programme.
