Students block Shahbagh intersection for an hour

Students once again gathered at the Shahbagh intersection in the capital for an hour on Friday afternoon to demand quota reforms. During the blockade, they protested the attacks on their fellow students in various locations in the country. 

Protesters started to gather in front of the Public Library at around 4pm. They took out a procession at around 5pm and after circling through the campus, gathered at Shahbagh again. They remained there till 6:20pm. The next step of the movement will be announced in front of the Public Library at 6pm on Saturday, the students said.
