Metro rail partially closed fearing security risk

Dhaka Metro Rail services at Shewrapara, Kazipara, Mirpur-10, and Mirpur-11 stations were suspended fearing security risk. 

However, the service is running as usual from Motijheel to Agargaon and Diabari to Pallabi. 

According to a Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) notification, metro rail service was halted at Shewrapara, Kazipara, Mirpur-10, and Mirpur-11 stations from 2:25pm on Thursday for the sake of passengers' security. Immediate alert will be given once the stations are back in service.
