Mobile internet may come back Sunday or Monday: BTRC

Mobile internet services across the country are likely to be restored by next Sunday or Monday, the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) said. 

Confirming the matter on Friday, BTRC Chairman Mohiuddin Ahmed said, tests and trials are underway to restore mobile internet. 

After being suspended for five days, broadband internet services resumed on a test basis on Tuesday (23 July). However, mobile internet remains suspended.
