Those who fired from helicopter, those who ordered it all guilty: HC

Those who fired from helicopters during the quota reform movement and those who ordered the firing are all guilty, a High Court bench has said. 

"It can be said that those of us who are involved in the system are all guilty," the High Court bench led by Justice Sheikh Hasan Arif said during a writ hearing on Wednesday. 

The High Court has fixed 15 August to issue an order for the writ.
