HSC, equivalent exams remain cancelled: Wahiduddin

Planning and Education Adviser Dr Wahiduddin Mahmud has clarified that the government upheld its decision on cancellation of the postponed examinations of the subjects of the HSC and equivalent exams.

“The decision on (HSC and equivalent) the examinations taken by Inter- Education Board Coordination Committee Chief and Dhaka Education Board chairman will remain effective,” he added.

The Education Adviser made the disclosure while responding to a question about the latest government’s decision on the HSC exams at the Secretariat on wednesday.

The decision of cancelling the HSC and equivalent exams was taken Tuesday considering the student protest demanding calling off the examinations.
