Octane, petrol prices down by Tk6 per litre, diesel Tk1.25

The government has decreased octane and petrol prices by Tk6 per litre.

In this regard, a press release by the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources was issued on Saturday. 

Meanwhile, the price of diesel has been reduced by Tk1.25 per litre.

The new prices will come into effect on Sunday, said the release.

With the increased prices, the new price for octane will be Tk125 per litre, while a litre of petrol Tk121 and diesel Tk105.25.
