Justice Md Rezaul Haque becomes vacation judge

Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has nominated Justice Md Rezaul Haque to settle the urgent matters related to the cases of the Appellate Division during the upcoming vacation from September 8 to October 17.

The Supreme Court administration in a notification signed by Additional Registrar SK Md Aminul Islam said that Justice Md Rezaul Haque will hold the hearing in the Chamber Judge Court of the Appellate Division from 11am as a vacation judge on September 9, 11, 12, 18, 19, 23, 24, 30, and on October 2, 7, 8, 16, and 17.

Meanwhile, the office hours at the Appellate Division have been set from 9am to 3pm, during the vacation.
