MAN Siddique's appointment cancelled, Abdur Rouf appointed

Mohammad Abdur Rouf (Additional Secretary) has been appointed as acting Managing Director of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).

A gazette notification signed by Assistant Secretary of Road Transport and Bridges Division Sharan Kumar Barua was issued in this regard on Monday.

Abdur Rouf was discharging his duty as Additional Project Director (APD) of Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (Line-6), it added.

Meanwhile, the interim government has cancelled the appointment of MAN Siddique as Managing Director of DMTCL.

In this regard, another notification was also issued by the Road Transport and Bridges Division under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges.
