M Saiful Islam joins as new DG of IF

Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs M Saiful Islam joined as the Director General (DG) of the Islamic Foundation (IF), said an official release on Tuesday.

After joining the post, the newly appointed DG also participated in a view-exchange meeting at the head office of the foundation.

The meeting was attended by the project director of the Islamic foundation, directors and deputy directors of different departments. The new DG sought cooperation from all officials to successfully perform his duties during his tenure.

Earlier, the religious affairs ministry on September 23 issued an order giving the additional secretary of the religious affairs ministry, M Saiful Islam, as additional charge of DG of the foundation.
