Mohammadpur robbery: 5 arrestees out of 11 are dismissed members of law enforcement agencies

Police have arrested 11 people in connection with a robbery at a Mohammadpur flat.

However, five people out of 11 arrestees are dismissed members of different law enforcement agencies, said Director of Rapid Action Battalion's Law and Media department Lt Col Munim Ferdous.

He said that the accused were held in separate drives in various areas of the capital on Saturday.

A bracelet and a gold ring have been recovered from their possession, he added.

On Friday night, a group of robbers snatched Tk75 lakh and 70 bhori gold ornaments from the house of a businessman.
