Arrest warrants issued for Hasina, Quader

The International Crimes Tribunal has issued an arrest warrant against Awami League (AL) President and former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, AL General Secretary and former minister Obaidul Quader, and two other former ministers in two separate allegations. 

An ICT bench led by its Chairman Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mojumdar passed the order on Thursday, also ordering the former premier to be present before the tribunal by 18 November. 

The tribunal also issued arrest warrants for former law minister Anisul Huq and former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.
