Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury nabbed

Police have arrested Trinamool BNP Chairman Shamsher Mobin Chowdhury from the capital’s Banani area.

Metropolitan detectives rounded up Shamsher, a former foreign secretary, at 4pm on Thursday, deputy commissioner (DC) of police Muhammad Talebur Rabman told BSS.

The politician was accused in a number of cases, the DC said.
