Protesters tried to enter Bangabhaban breaking barricade

Protesters tried to break the barricades in front of President Mohammed Shahabuddin's official residence Bangabhaban demanding his resignation. 

Members of the army and police personnel were seen intervening to stop the protesters.

They were agitating and chanting slogans against the incumbent president. 

Police also charge batons on protesters and fired a tear gas canister to disperse them.

The army tried to control the situation. Later, sound grenades were fired to stop the protesters.
