6 die of dengue, 1248 hospitalised

Six people died of dengue in the last 24 hours while 1,248 patients were hospitalised till Sunnday morning across the county, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Of the deaths, four were reported in Dhaka city and the rest in Barishal and Rangpur divisions, it said.

With the new deaths, the total death toll rose to 277 this year while total number of infected are 56,911.
