Met office predicts mainly dry weather over country

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted mainly dry weather for 24 hours.

"Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country", reads a BMD weather bulletin issued Sunday morning. 

Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country. 

The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was 34.2 degrees Celsius at Mongla, and the minimum temperature on Sunday was 20.1 degrees Celsius at Tetulia. 

No rainfall was observed anywhere in the country in the last 24 hours.

The sun sets at 05:18 pm on Sunday and rises at 06:07 am on Monday in the capital.
