Air strike kills Bangladeshi man in Lebanon

A Bangladeshi man died in Lebanon in an airstrike carried out by Israel on Saturday. 

The deceased was identified as Nizam Uddin, 32, son of the late Md Abdul Kuddus of Kharera village in Brahmanbaria. 

On his way to work on Saturday, Nizam Uddin stopped at the Hazmia area of Beirut's south to have coffee. There, he died in an Israeli air strike at around 3:23pm (local time), the Embassy of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in Beirut informed via a post on social media. 

Nizam's grieving family has requested the government to bring his body back to Bangladesh. Koshba UNO Md Shahriar Moktar said they are trying to contact the authorities regarding this matter.
