JnU admission tests begin January 31

The admission tests for Jagannath University (JuU) for the academic year 2024-2025 will begin from January 31 next year.

The entry test for the Fine Arts (E Unit) will be held on the first day.

Social Sciences (D Unit) exams are set to be held on February 14 while Arts and Law (B Unit) exams on February 15.

The university authorities set February 22 for holding entrance exams for Science and Life & Earth Sciences (A Unit). 

Business Studies (C Unit) exams will be held on February 28.

In this regard, a circular signed by the university's acting registrar, Prof Mostafa Hasan was issued on Sunday.

The circular reads that students who passed SSC or equivalent exams in 2021 or 2022 and HSC or equivalent exams in 2024 are eligible to apply.

No permission for the second-time candidates to appear for the admission test this year.

Prospective aspirants can submit preliminary applications from 12:00pm today until 11:59pm on December 15.
