National Youth Network launched by PSTC

The formal launching of the National Youth Network took place on Saturday at the PSTC Complex in Gazipur, drawing active participation from youth representatives. 

The milestone event, organised by the PSTC and supported by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), signifies the creation of a collaborative platform dedicated to empowering youth across the country, said a press release.

The primary goal of the network is to advance the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) agenda in the nation, focusing on raising awareness among youths and adolescents, as well as the communities they live in. 

The network also aims to ensure inclusion and promote sexual and reproductive health rights for all.

As part of its structure, the network has formed a 7-member executive committee headed by Priyata Mondol. Faiza Anila Rahman was made vice chair while Sabik Rahman as the member secretary. 

The leadership team will play a crucial role in driving the network's mission forward.

PSTC, a non-profit, non-governmental development organization, has been working with a strong reputation in various districts of Bangladesh for 45 years, aiming to improve the quality of life for the underprivileged people of Bangladesh.
