Rezanur joins as Petrobangla chairman

Additional Secretary of the Power and Energy Ministry M Rezanur Rahman has joined as the Chairman of Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) Thursday, according to an official release issued Sunday.

Rezanur Rahman, an officer of the 17th batch of the BCS (Administration) cadre, served in various capacities at the field level, local government, ministry of health, Energy Regulatory Commission and Anti-Corruption Commission, said the release.

He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of (BUET) and earned a professional master’s degree holder from ITC Netherlands.
