Foreigners asked to collect legal documents by Jan 31

The Home Ministry has made urge to the illegal foreigners, who are staying in Bangladesh, to collect necessary legal documents by January 31.

A precautionary notice signed by Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser for Home Affairs Md Khoda Box Chowdhury was issued on Tuesday.

 According to the notice, the government will take legal action against those who fail to comply by the deadline.

The notice said that a good number of foreign nationals have been staying in Bangladesh without valid documents. 

Actions would be taken under the Foreigners Act-1946 against those who will fail to collect necessary valid documents for staying or working in Bangladesh within January 31.
