Fire at Hazaribagh tannery doused completely

A massive fire broke out at the warehouse of a tannery in the capital's Hazaribagh on Friday. It was brought under control after more than two hours and doused after nearly five hours. 

Confirming the matter, Fire Service Media Cell official Shahjahan Shikder said they received the fire's information at 2:14pm. Two units rushed to the spot by 2:23pm. Later, a total of 11 units battled the fire. It was brought under control at 4:45pm and doused completely at around 7:01pm. 

The fire started at the leather warehouse on the fourth floor of a four-storey building in the Kachabazar area of Hazaribagh.
