MBBS admission test results published

The results of the admission test for the 2024-25 academic year for the country’s government and private medical colleges were published on Sunday.

Out of 1,31,729 participants, 60,095 candidates passed the exam.

The pass rate of test is 45.62 percent.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare issued a circular in this regard.

A total of 5,372 candidates have been selected for admission to 110 medical colleges, including 37 government colleges.

The results were consequently published after 4:30pm.

The MBBS admission test was held at 19 test centres on January 17.

Bangladesh has 110 medical colleges, of which 37 are government medical colleges and 67 are private. 

In addition, there is one Armed Forces Medical College and five private Army Medical Colleges.
