Price of all fuel increases by Tk 1 per litter

The price of all fuels has been augmented by Taka one per liter, effective from on February 1.

The Energy and Mineral Resources Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources declared the decision on Friday.

According to energy division, fuel price has been increased keeping constancy with variation of its price in the global market and automatic price fixing system every month under the price fixing formula.

As per the decision, diesel and kerosene price has been soured to Tk105 from Tk104, price of octane has been adjusted to Tk126 from Tk125, while price of petrol have been increased to Tk122 from Tk121.

The adjustment aims to make sure a stable supply of fuel during February.
