Govt. declares Feb 25 Jatiya Shaheed Sena day

The government has declared February 25 as Jatiya Shaheed Sena Day (National Martyred Soldiers’ Day).

A gazette notification in this regard was issued on Sunday. The notification from the Cabinet Division said February 25 will be enlisted as a Ga category day and to be observed as the Jatiya Shaheed Sena Day every year. 

The government has asked all ministries/ departments/ organizations to observe the day in a befitting manner.
