Online transfer of pry teachers starts

The online transfer process for government primary school teachers in their respective upazilas started on Tuesday. 

The Directorate of Primary Education issued a directive in this regard today saying that the online application process in this regard will continue till February 27.

The directive stated that the  assistant teachers who have been posted to upazilas outside their own upazilas on the basis of vacancies will be transferred to their own upazilas on priority basis as per article 3.6 of the Integrated Online Transfer Guidelines, 2023. 

The head master of the primary schools will verify the applications of the assistant teachers From February 28, according to the directive. 

The assistant upazila or thana primary education officer will complete the verification on March 1.

According to the terms of the transfer application, teachers will choose maximum three schools in order of their preference. 

If a teacher does not have multiple choices, he or she can choose only one or two.
