20 Addl DIGs, 31 SPs transferred

The government has transferred fifty-three senior police officers, including 20 additional deputy inspector generals (addl DIGs) and 31 superintendents of police (SPs).

In addition, two additional superintendents of police (Addl SPs) have also been transferred.

Two separate notifications were issued on Thursday by the Public Security Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The order has been issued in the public interest and will take immediate effect, according to the notifications.
