March for Gaza ends at Suhrawardy Udyan

The "March for Gaza" programme has ended on Saturday afternoon at Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka. 

Thousands of participants demanding an end to Israeli atrocities in Palestine and expressing solidarity with its people thronged at the  venue. 

The event began at 3:00pm.

Islamic scholar Mizanur Rahman Azhari is set to deliver an address to the gathering.
