Stormy weather likely in all 8 divisions

Rain or thundershowers along with stormy weather are likely in all eight divisions of the country on Wednesday, according to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD). 

According to the regular weather forecast, rain or thunder showers with lightning flashes as well as gusty wind is likely at a few places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions, and at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions. 

Meanwhile, gusty wind with 45-60 KPS is likely over the regions of Jashore, Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Comilla, Cox's Bazar and Chattogram. Riverports in these regions were advised to hoist Cautionary Signal No. One (R) One. 

The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was logged at 35.1 degrees Celcius at Teknaf, while the lowest temperature on Wednesday was logged at 19.8 degrees Celcius at Ishwardi.

The highest rainfall on Tuesday (51mm) was also logged at Ishwardi. 

The sun sets at 6:27pm on Wednesday and rises at 5:25am on Thursday.
