Hefazat's grand rally begins

Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh began a mass rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the city at 9 am on Saturday, with four key demands, including the dissolution of the Women's Affairs Reform Commission. 

Processions from areas like Shahbagh, Nilkhet, and Doyel Chattar began arriving in the morning, with participants from Dhaka, Chittagong, and various districts and upazilas nationwide. 

The demands are: 

1. Abolish the Women's Affairs Reform Commission and its report. 

2. Restore full trust in Allah in the constitution, rejecting pluralism. 

3. Withdraw all cases against Hefazat leaders and activists and investigate all alleged genocides, including the Shapla Chattar incident. 

4. The government must act to stop the 'genocide and oppression of Muslims' in Palestine and India.
