Army operation in Ruma, 2 killed including KNA commander

The army conducted an operation in the remote hills of Ruma upazila of Bandarban, starting late Wednesday night and continuing into Thursday. Two Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) members, including a commander, were killed during the drive.

The operation yielded three SMGs, one rifle, and additional weapons and ammunition.

The identities of the deceased remain unknown. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) shared these details with journalists on Thursday morning.
