Travel ban on Independent TV Editor-in-Chief Shamsur Rahman

A Dhaka court on Wednesday imposed a travel ban on M Shamsur Rahman, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Independent Television, preventing him from leaving the country. 

Akhtarul Islam, deputy director and public relations officer of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), confirmed the matter.

The order was issued by Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib following a petition filed by the ACC.
