Fire breaks out at Mohakhali slum

A fire broke out in the capital's Mohakhali Sat Tala Slum on Wednesday afternoon.

Fire Service and Civil Defence confirmed the matter to the media at around 3pm. 

Eight firefighting units have rushed to the spot.  

The fire was brought under control after about an hour.
