Akash Bari Holidays celebrates World Tourism Day

Akash Bari Holidays, one of the country’s leading travel agencies, celebrated World Tourism Day with colorful festivities on Sunday at its head office in G Block, Road 7, Banani, Dhaka.

At the event, the company announced a new initiative to make international travel more affordable for the middle class, said a press release.

Credit card holders will now have the opportunity to travel abroad for just Tk1,990. Additionally, free visa consultation services will be offered for the next month. The agency reaffirmed its commitment to providing dynamic and cost-effective services for travellers.

Touhidul Alam Milki, the founder of Akash Bari Holidays, said at the programme, “With time, the global tourism sector is undergoing significant transformation. From e-passports to automatic boarding passes, modern facilities are becoming a reality. We too are gradually embracing modernisation. Once the country’s third terminal is launched, we will step into a new era.”

He further mentioned that Akash Bari Holidays has been operating successfully in the travel industry for 15 years, earning a strong reputation both at home and abroad. 

Currently, the agency serves Bangladeshi tourists across different countries worldwide and provides employment to nearly 200 people. 

Since its inception, the company has earned the trust of hundreds of thousands of travel enthusiasts.

The celebration was attended by Akash Bari Holidays officials, staff members, and more than a hundred well-wishers.
