HSC results to be published on Oct 16

The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on October 16. 

The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee released a notification in this regard on Monday. 

This year’s HSC and equivalent exams began on June 26 and concluded on August 19, with some subjects delayed. 

Regulations require results to be published within 60 days of completing written exams.

A total of 12,51,111 students, including 6,18,015 male and 6,33,096 female students, registered for the exams under the 11 education boards. 

The exams were held at 2,797 centres nationwide. 

However, around 27,000 students did not appear, leaving approximately 12.24 lakh candidates awaiting their results.
